RFuW is focused on developing high reliability, high power hybrid assemblies which exceed the capabilities of MMIC technologies to service niche applications. RFuW products are capable of being up screened to military environmental specifications such as MIL-STD-883 or MIL-STD-202.
The products offering consist of High Power SMT Limiter and Switch Modules covering the HF to X frequency bands. RFuW also welcomes custom and semicustom development projects under modest NREs. Such development projects can be either proprietary to the customer or opened to the general market via a cost sharing development process. RFuW has recently introduced the industry’s leading switch and limiter pair for the S Band phased array radar market: SP2T: S Band +60 dBM (Peak) and Limiter: S-Band +60 dBm (Peak) Limiter Module both are available now to the open market.
